BASELINE HEALTH ASSESSMENTS FOR KIDS

There is a new epidemic that most people are not aware of: Autism Spectrum Disorders. With numbers like 1 out of 38 kids affected by Autism Spectrum Disorders, you would think it would be all over social media. Autism Spectrum Disorder, as well as, ADHD, Dyslexia, developmental delays, and other issues that fall under special needs can be helped. Most often as parents, myself included, we do not notice or want to acknowledge that there might be an issue with our child. Small changes in health indicating developmental issues vary drastically, ranging from emotional, behavioral and personality changes, to sensory integration difficulties, developmental delays, weakened immune systems, learning disabilities and more.
So many parents are unaware that impairment or damage to the nerve system is not always about pain like they have seen associated with their bodies (back, neck, head, etc). It can also cause subtle (and not so subtle) changes in a child’s development that can affect everything from personality and behavior to adaptation, learning, and vitality. I will be adding a special Health Assessment Questionnaire to my website so any parent can download, complete and schedule a video consultation with me regarding their child’s health and any other concern they may have. By using this tool we have a much better chance to reach and help kids and families in our community. Please make sure to share with others especially those that may be dealing with issues like this.
