The holidays are just around the corner and as we all know our health routines are seriously being challenged during these crazy, busy days! From eating food that may not be the most healthy,to traveling, to having family visit, the secret to staying healthy is a consistent health focused routine. I challenge you to develop a health routine starting now! DON’T WAIT FOR JANUARY! You do not need a New Year’s Resolution to get healthier. I attached a link to a 10 minute yoga for beginners routine. This is a great way to start slow and build a routine that will benefit your physical and mental health dramatically. Gift yourself the time (just 10 minutes!) to do it daily. Once you get this routine down you can easily add additional elements like strength and cardio. (Yoga video link)

Pediatric Chiropractic Recommendations
I strongly recommend for all babies to have their spine and nerve system evaluated evaluated and adjusted as needed on a regular basis (as early as a few hours/days old). I check my son for misalignmenmts on a regular basis, and he gets adjusted on a regular (weekly) basis. Not because something is wrong with him, but because I want for him to be able to express his full human potential. This potential, the way we function, heal and think is abstracted and interfered with by spinal misalignments. My son, my wife and myself will keep getting regular chiropractic care as long as we are around.
